Bitumen Undercoat

Application of Bitumen Undercoat:

• Ideal for re-touching under bodies, wheel arches, chassis rails, off road vehicles, trucks and caravans.
• It can also be used on seal leaking gutters and patch roofs.
• It can also be used in any parts of machinery or steel aluminum, fiberglass to protect from rust and corrosion.

Directions for Use of Using Bitumen Undercoat:

• Remove all traces of oil and grease. Remove oil paint and loose rust with steel wool or wire brush.
• Remove all lose dirt and debris from the area to be coated. If required, clean and thoroughly dry the area.
• Remove any previous surface coatings with a wire brush and abrasive paper.
• Shake can vigorously before use. Apply from 8-12 inch smooth strokes. For high corrosion protection, bare metal should be treated with an anti-corrosion primer prior to use.
• On completion of use, invert can and depresses actuator for a few seconds to prevent nozzle blockage.
• It can protect upto 2 years after application.

Precautions of Using Bitumen Undercoat:

• Store in room temperature.
• Turn off the engine switch before use.
• Please wear mask and gloves while using the product.
• Do not spray near fire arms or where fire arms are stored.
• The contents are highly flammable and under pressure.
• Do not puncture or incinerate the can.
• Please do not wash the coated surface with any solvent or kerosene oil after application of product, otherwise protection would be null and void.
